Jason Durling
Through this experience, I have developed a strong belief in "Farm to Table" cooking. ![]()
A graduate with honors of The Culinary Institute of Canada, Charlottetown PEI, Chef Jason Durling has worked across Canada and northeastern United States. Mentoring under acclaimed celebrated chefs and restaurateurs such as Michael Smith of Maple, Halifax N.S. and Patrick O'Connell of Inn at Little Washington, Washington VI.
Most recently Jason held the position of Chef for Tony DeLuca of Restaurant Tony Deluca and the Old Winery Restaurant in Niagara on the Lake. Jason's diverse experiences have allowed him to explore regional local cuisine and simplify cooking techniques to delight the most challenging of palettes.
